In the late 1970s, Dr. Parrett served as the head of the department of dentistry at the Chillicothe Correctional Institute in Ohio. As for his academic appointment, the doctor has shared his knowledge in various capacities. As the vice chairman of the Library and Education Committee with Chambersburg Hospital Medical Staff since 1998, he has played a crucial role in fostering a culture of learning. From 2006 to 2012, he contributed to the Dean’s Faculty of the University of Maryland Baltimore College of Dental Surgery.
Rooted in personal inspiration from his childhood dentist and a doctor who treated him during bouts of pneumonia, Dr. Parrett remains devoted to setting a positive example for his patients.
