Additionally, he is certified by the American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology for performing Hemodialysis Vascular Access procedures.

In October 2005, Dr. Amin presented on “Ayurvedic Medicine” at the Department of Medicine Resident Grand Rounds at Emory University School of Medicine. From July 2009 to November 2009, he was engaged in research aimed at optimizing nephrology education at Emory University, under the mentorship of Dr. James L Bailey, analyzing the workday of Nephrology Fellows to enhance educational opportunities.
