As the Founder and CEO of Spirit Hospice of Georgia, a leading Home Hospice and Palliative Care company, he has transformed end-of-life care across seven counties in Metro Atlanta.
Moreover, Dr. Chakravarthy’s visionary approach is evident through his co-founding of GetFitMed, a groundbreaking regenerative medicine platform that leverages cutting-edge modalities to optimize health and prevent disease. A trailblazer in the field, Dr. Chakravarthy earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor in April 2006. Following this, he pursued a Doctor of Medicine Degree at Wayne State University School of Medicine, where he was trained to enter Emergency Medicine residency across multiple hospital sites around Metro Detroit.
Finally, Dr. Chakravarthy completed a Master’s in Business Administration with a specialization in Healthcare Management at the University of Texas – Dallas in May 2023. During this time, he also became a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honors Society, an accolade reserved for the top 7.5% of the cohort.
Furthering his training, Dr. Chakravarthy performed his residency in emergency medicine at several hospitals through Drexel University College of Medicine in Metro Philadelphia, from July 2010 to July 2013.

Board certified in emergency medicine, Dr. Chakravarthy is recognized as a Diplomate of the American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM). Additionally, he holds certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Basic Life Support (BLS).
On a more personal note, Dr. Chakravarthy is an avid health enthusiast, spending his time outside of work regularly at the gym or with his family consisting of wife, son, and two puppies. His hobbies include weightlifting and tennis, and he speaks several languages, including English, Tamil, and Hindi.
