She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Davidson College.

Prior to her tenure at McKinsey, she held senior leadership positions at Commonwealth Care Alliance and Cityblock Health. There, she played a pivotal role in designing and executing high-performing clinical care delivery models, which included innovative home-based and mobile care solutions, virtual care, and unique primary care models in value-based agreements. Her work has been instrumental in enhancing patient outcomes and ensuring that healthcare services are delivered efficiently and effectively to those in need.

In addition to her consulting work, Dr. Berchuck has served as a home-based primary care provider and an Attending Physician at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, where she applied her clinical expertise to patient care. She is also an Instructor in Medicine at Harvard Medical School, shaping the next generation of healthcare leaders through her teaching and mentorship.
