In this role, she oversaw nursing operations, ensuring that high-quality care was consistently delivered to patients. Her leadership was not limited to healthcare; she also served as a City Council Member for the City of Laramie from January 2019 to July 2021, where she adeptly applied her business development skills for the betterment of the community.
From July 2021 to November 2024, Jessica expanded her expertise as a Project and Development Liaison at Heartland Pharmacy LLC in Denver, Colorado. This position allowed her to further her impact in the healthcare industry through innovative business development initiatives. In August 2020, she took on the role of Executive Director of Hospice of Laramie, where she led the organization until November 2024, championing compassionate hospice care and ensuring that the community received the highest quality of services.
