Jessica R. Moen, RN, is a dedicated Registered Nurse with Pathways in Fort Collins, Colorado, where she is making impactful contributions to both healthcare and community engagement. In addition to her nursing role, she serves as an Outreach Specialist with AARP, focusing on improving healthcare, retirement, and utility issues in Wyoming. 

Jessica’s journey in the healthcare field began at Laramie County Community College, where she earned her Registered Nursing Degree in 2009. Armed with her nursing skills, she ventured further into academia, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Wyoming College of Business in 2017. This unique combination of healthcare expertise and business acumen has set the foundation for her multifaceted career.

Throughout her professional life, Jessica has demonstrated exceptional leadership and a passion for community service. She began her career as the Director of Nursing at Edgewood Management Group, LLC, where she served from October 2014 to August 2020. In this role, she oversaw nursing operations, ensuring that high-quality care was consistently delivered to patients. Her leadership was not limited to healthcare; she also served as a City Council Member for the City of Laramie from January 2019 to July 2021, where she adeptly applied her business development skills for the betterment of the community.

From July 2021 to November 2024, Jessica expanded her expertise as a Project and Development Liaison at Heartland Pharmacy LLC in Denver, Colorado. This position allowed her to further her impact in the healthcare industry through innovative business development initiatives. In August 2020, she took on the role of Executive Director of Hospice of Laramie, where she led the organization until November 2024, championing compassionate hospice care and ensuring that the community received the highest quality of services.

Jessica attributes her success to being supportive of the people she works with—“It’s truly a team effort,” she states. She believes that when everyone collaborates, communicates openly, and supports one another, the entire team thrives. For Jessica, success isn’t just about individual achievements but about lifting each other up and ensuring collective progress.
