Livingston and Middletown, New Jersey – Raina Robinson, RN, MSN, BMTCN, OCN, is proud to announce her continued commitment to healthcare as a Nursing Supervisor at Saint Barnabas Medical Center and as a Nurse Lead at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center Monmouth.

With a remarkable career spanning over a decade, Raina brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her roles, ensuring high-quality patient care and fostering a culture of collaboration and mentorship within her teams. Her impressive credentials include being a Registered Nurse, Blood & Marrow Transplant Certified Nurse, and Oncology Certified Nurse. 

Raina holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing in Healthcare Administration from Seton Hall University, obtained in 2012 and 2017, respectively. She is an active member of the American Nurses Association and maintains her CPR certification through the American Heart Association.

Beginning her career as a Staff Nurse at Newton Medical Center in 2012, Raina quickly demonstrated her dedication and skill. She served as a Graduate Nursing Assistant Professor at Seton Hall University from 2015 to 2017, where she developed her teaching and mentoring abilities. Raina’s clinical expertise expanded during her tenure at Hackensack University Medical Center, where she held various positions, including Staff Nurse, Charge Nurse, and Preceptor.

In 2018, Raina took on the role of Nursing Supervisor, Per Diem, at St. Luke’s in Warren, New Jersey, enhancing her leadership capabilities. Her journey continued at Memorial Sloan Kettering Basking Ridge, where she excelled as a Triage RN/Office Practice Nurse in Radiation Oncology until September 2024. Her commitment to patient care and access led her to become a Senior Nurse Coordinator: Patient Access at Memorial Sloan Kettering in New York City, where she worked from September 2023 to October 2024.

Currently, Raina thrives in her dual roles, combining her expertise in nursing supervision with her responsibilities as a Nurse Lead. She excels under pressure, demonstrating calmness and focus in high-stress situations. Raina is dedicated to collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop optimized patient treatment plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for her patients.

In addition to her clinical responsibilities, Raina is passionate about mentorship. She takes pride in guiding new nursing staff, fostering teamwork, and enhancing unit efficiency. Raina actively partners with leadership to implement initiatives aimed at improving nursing satisfaction, retention, and morale, contributing to a positive work environment.
