Introducing Susan C. Nordquist, FNP-C: Founder & Co-Owner of Convenient Care Clinic in West Fargo, North Dakota
Empowering the Community with Accessible, Reliable, and Affordable Medical Services
Convenient Care Clinic, located in Eagle Run Plaza, is proud to announce its commitment to providing affordable, high-quality healthcare to the West Fargo community. Founded in 2020 by Certified Family Nurse Practitioner Susan C. Nordquist, FNP-C, the clinic has quickly become a trusted resource for families seeking compassionate and accessible medical care. With the addition of Susan’s son, Jamie Upton, DNP, NP-C, to the team, the clinic continues to embody a family legacy of healthcare excellence.
Convenient Care Clinic is dedicated to serving patients aged 6 months to over 80 years, providing 21+ years of combined experience rooted in kindness and non-judgmental care. The clinic’s mission is straightforward: to keep the community healthy and safe through convenient and affordable healthcare solutions. Offering walk-in visits seven days a week for acute conditions and appointment-based primary care for preventative care and chronic conditions, the Convenient Care Clinic ensures that patients can receive timely medical attention.
With over three decades in nursing, Susan has always been driven by a passion for quality care at an affordable price. In a healthcare landscape where insurance costs are soaring and high deductibles deter individuals from seeking necessary care, her vision for the clinic remains clear. “The goal of my clinic is to provide a convenient, compassionate alternative to expensive care,” she explains. “This is much like an e-visit, only in person without vital signs, weight, or unnecessary labs unless required. This way, you receive hands-on, in-person care at a minimal fee.”
At Convenient Care Clinic, patient-centered, evidence-based care is the cornerstone of their practice. Susan’s extensive background in nursing and urgent care informs her approach, empowering patients through education, preventative measures, and compassionate treatment. Her commitment ensures that every patient feels heard, valued, and cared for, whether in the exam room or through clinic operations.
On a personal note, Susan is a devoted mother to two grown children and a proud grandmother to five. When not at the clinic, she enjoys gardening, spending time with her grandchildren, and attending their various activities.
