At Fresenius Kidney Care, Adomokha plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality dialysis treatment. Her responsibilities encompass operating dialysis machines in accordance with physician orders and company protocols, monitoring patients throughout treatment, administering prescribed medications, and ensuring strict adherence to infection control standards. She is also instrumental in educating hospital staff, patients, and families about dialysis procedures and access management, thereby enhancing patient understanding and compliance.
