Dr. Baines graduated with his Medical Degree from the University of North Carolina School of Medicine in 1995, giving him over two decades of experience in his field. After obtaining his Medical Degree he completed his Presbyterian Hospital/University of Pennsylvania Surgical Transitional internship, followed by his Anesthesiology residency with the Georgetown University.
