Debra chose a career in nursing as she knew a nurse growing up and was very impressed and intrigued by her and what she did. She attributes her professional success to being detail oriented and just loves being a patient advocate. She believes the greatest things is to be a mentor. She has had great mentors and loves being a mentors to everything comes full circle. She credits her success to the opportunities was given and seizing those opportunities.
