Dr. Edeer is currently serving patients’ dental needs at his private dental practice – Aesthetic Smile Design – in Wayne, New Jersey. Dr. Edeer has a unique educational background. He holds two dental degrees – one from the Aegean University School of Dental Medicine and the other from the University of Pennsylvania. After graduation, he served as an instructor at UPenn, eagerly sharing his knowledge with aspiring dentists.
Dr. Edeer’s background also includes working as a lab technician while attending dental school.
Dr. Edeer is a graduate of many higher education programs in the areas of implant dentistry, reconstructive dentistry, as well as cosmetic dentistry (including orthodontics). He is a graduate of Nash Dental Learning’s Cosmetic Dentistry Course and New York University Brookdale Hospital’s Implant Maxi Course.
Dr. Edeer attended a two-year progressive orthodontics course in addition to Invisalign® and Six Month Smiles® courses. He strongly believes in the benefits of orthodontic correction to create or restore the patient’s bite to ideal function and to eliminate trauma and uneven wear of teeth. This advanced training, experience, and skill set allow Dr. Edeer to properly diagnose and evaluate risk factors / health conditions related to the mouth and how they affect the rest of the body. He understands that good oral health equals good overall health and practices with this in mind.
In 2010, Dr. Edeer was awarded the prestigious title of Master with the American Academy of General Dentistry (MAGD). Mastership represents the highest level of achievement for members in accordance with AGD’s mission to advance general dentistry and oral health through quality continuing education.
Dr. Edeer maintains active membership in a number of respected professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, the New Jersey Dental Association, the American Academy of Laser Dentistry, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, the American Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the International Association for Orthodontics, the American Academy for Oral Systemic Health, the American Academy of Cosmetic Orthodontics, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and the World Academy of Ultrasonic Piezoelectric Bone Surgery.
