Jennifer’s career in nursing began when she graduated with her Nursing Degree from; Riverside-White Cross School of Nursing. An advocate for pursuing further education, she went on to earn her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from The University of the State of New York, Master of Science Degree in Nursing and Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Old Dominion University.

An inductee of the The National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners, Jennifer is committed to keeping current with the newest developments and guidelines in nursing. She has dedicated her life to delivering the highest standard of quality and compassionate care to her patients and strives to provide the best outcomes possible. With a passion for her work, Jennifer attributes her success to the head nurses she had at Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters in Norfolk, her coworkers and the pediatrician at their practice, Dr. Sandra Baucom, for her support and encouragement. Jennifer also credits her success to her parents, and when she is not working she enjoys scrapbooking and living her faith by participating and attending Church.
