Dr. Cohen received his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from McGill University in 2010. During that time, he earned numerous awards recognizing his academic and clinical achievements. He then went on to receive his Master of Science in Dentistry (MSD) degree from the University of Colorado in 2013. He was educated using the latest technologies available, including Invisalign, lingual braces, temporary anchorage devices, and three-dimensional cone beam computerized imaging.
To stay current with the rapidly evolving field of orthodontics, Dr. Cohen regularly attends continuing education courses. He is also a member of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, the Royal College of Dentists of Canada, the Canadian Association of Orthodontists, the American Association of Orthodontists, the Ontario Dental Association, the World Federation of Orthodontists, and the Ottawa Dental Society.
Dr. Cohen is also a certified Invisalign provider. Invisalign is a type of orthodontic treatment that helps to straighten teeth without the use of the typical metal braces.
