FindaTopDoc is pleased to welcome dutchess Sabovitch, RN, COHN(C) to their prestigious organization with her upcoming publication in the FindaTopDoc. dutchess Sabovitch is an established Occupational Health Nurse and Foot Care Nurse who continues to provide exceptional care and support to her patients within her own business, Foot McMurray in Fort McMurray, Alberta, Canada. Moreover, she volunteers one day per month doing foot care for the homeless. Featuring over three decades of experience in nursing, dutchess has a special expertise in occupational health nursing and foot care.
dutchess’ career in nursing began in 1980, when she completed her initial nursing training. Pursuing further education, she secured her Foot Care Certificate attaining top marks in her class in 2003, and earned her Registered Nurse Diploma from Red River College in 2005. Thereafter, dutchess completed her occupational health training in 2008 at St. Lawrence College, becoming a Certified Occupational Health Nurse.
dutchess has worked in many areas of nursing throughout her career, including multiple areas in hospitals, as a unit nurse in a care home and spending more than 8 years as an occupational health nurse at Syncrude Canada Ltd. and a year for the City of Winnipeg. With a passion for enhancing her patients’ quality of life, she attributes her success to her excellent teachers both in and out of the classroom, and to her very supportive husband. dutchess is the recipient of several honors, including awards for Excellence in Practice in 1998 when she was an LPN, and the Yellow Ribbon Award, also in 1998 from the Manitoba Nurses for advocating patient rights.
