Featuring over 36 years of experience in her field, she has a special expertise in home health, hospice care, rehabilitation, and oncology.

Dr. Crozier’s career in nursing began in 1979, when she graduated with her Nursing Degree from Grady Memorial Hospital. An advocate for pursuing further education, she went on to earn her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Florida Southern College and Master of Science Degree in Nursing from University of South Florida and her Doctor of Nursing Practice from University of Florida.

Dr. Crozier is committed to keeping current with the newest developments and guidelines in nursing and as such is a professional member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She has dedicated her life to delivering the highest standard of quality and compassionate care to her patients, and strives to provide the best outcomes possible. With a passion for her work, Dr. Crozier attributes her success to being compassionate and caring, and when she is not working she enjoys playing computer games.
