Specializing in pain management, Dr. Henriquez is the Founder & Director of Family Spine and Pain Care Institute with offices in Venice and North Port, Florida. That being said, he remains a member of the Sarasota County Medical Society, the Florida Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, the Florida Society of Anesthesiology, and the Florida Medical Association.
Following the completion of his medical degree from the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine in 2009, Dr. Henriquez went on to complete his internship in surgery, his residency in anesthesiology, and his fellowship in pain management at the University of Florida in Gainesville.
Before long, he became board-certified in anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiology, board-certified in pain medicine by the American Board of Pain Medicine. The mission of the American Board of Anesthesiology is to advance the highest standards of the practice of anesthesiology, while the mission of the American Board of Pain Medicine is to improve the quality of pain medicine.
