To advance her professional development, she remains a member of several professional organizations, including the American Organization for Nursing Leadership and the American Nurses Association. She is a certified ergonomic assessment specialist and safe patient handling, as well as, certified in Basic Life Support (BLS – not intended for postnominal use) to be able to provide her patients with the best care possible.
Among her faculty appointments, Catherine has taught new graduate nurses at Wyoming Medical Center. For her clinical and academic excellence, she attributes her success to her resilience, drive, and work ethic instilled by her parents.
