He graduated with his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from the William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in North Chicago, Illinois in 1989. He served his residency at the FDR Veterans Administration Medical Center at Montrose rotating through West Point Academy in New York.
The doctor has affiliations with a number of medical facilities, including Mount Sinai Beth Israel, Gramercy Surgical Center, and AllCity Family Health Surgical Center. From 1992 until 1996, he was one of the official podiatrists of the New York City Marathon.
In addition to being a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Orthopedics and Medicine and a member of the New York State Podiatric Medical Association, Dr. Rosen is board-certified through the American Board of Podiatric Medicine (ABPM). The ABPM exists to offer podiatric physicians a comprehensive board qualification and certification process.
