Respected Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, Tamara Insteness, APRN-C will be Featured in FindaTopDoc
FindaTopDoc is pleased to welcome Tamara Insteness, APRN-C, to their prestigious organization with her upcoming publication in the FindaTopDoc. Tamara Insteness is an established Advanced Practice Registered Nurse who continues to provide exceptional care and support to her patients as an Advanced Geriatric Care Coordinator within Westfields Hospital & Clinic in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Featuring over a decade of experience in her field, she has a special expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of acute illness, as well as the management of chronic conditions.
Tamara attended WITC-New Richmond, graduating with her Associate’s Degree in Nursing in 2005. Driven to pursue further education, she went on to earn her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing in 2007 from Viterbo University, followed by her Master of Science Degree in Nursing in 2014 from the University of North Dakota. Since graduating, Tamara has completed a number of advanced training courses and is an inductee of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She remains a distinguished member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association, and the American Geriatrics Association.
Prior to a successful career in nursing, Tamara worked as a medical assistant and emergency medical technician with training to a paramedic level, and she also has experience as a documentation improvement specialist. She has dedicated her life to delivering high quality and compassionate care, and attributes her success to her husband and children who have made sacrifices to help her succeed, and to the excellent mentors she has had along the way who shared their experiences with her and have helped her grow as a nurse. In her free time, Tamara enjoys spending time with her family, reading, baking, sewing, and going on walks.
