Phyllis’ nursing career began in 1996, upon graduating with her LPN from Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana. She has demonstrated exceptional skills within multiple facets of nursing. Since retiring from the nursing field, Phyllis now enjoys spending quality time with her six grandchildren, as well as crocheting.
