Alongside his clinical role, he serves on faculty as an Associate Clinical Professor at Florida State University College of Medicine.
Graduating with his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in 1987, Dr. Cordner went on to further his training. He completed his internship in general surgery and residency in anesthesiology at Monmouth Medical Center.
With over twenty years of experience, the doctor is board-certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine by the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA). With a special interest in neuromodulation and practice management, Dr. Cordner serves on the Editorial Board of “Pain Physician” and “Neuromodulation”. He is a Board Examiner for World Institute of Pain, a certified worker’s compensation expert, as well as serves on the Board of Directors of ASIPP and the Florida Society of Interventional Pain Physicians.
