He went on from there to serve at the National Hospital (The Presidency), Abuja, Nigeria from late 1999 till May 2002 when he was selected by the Nigerian Technical Aid Corps to assist in providing healthcare in the nation of Belize. He came to the United States in July 2003. He literally started his nursing career from the very scratch all over again. He obtained his BSN from Texas Technical University (TTUHSCSON) with Magna Cum Laude in 2013. He later went on to earn his doctorate degree (to become an APRN) from Marshall University in May of 2019.
