She enjoys helping children of all ages, including school age children with concerns for behavior or ADHD, as well as adolescents. With a broad educational background, Dr. Pass graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Pennsylvania, and received her medical degree from The University of Tennessee, Memphis College of Medicine. After completing her residency in pediatrics at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, she went on to complete a fellowship in pediatric hematology/oncology at Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston, Texas. She began her career as a pediatric oncologist in Dallas before returning to general pediatrics.
An active member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, the doctor is board-certified in pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP). The ABP is an independent, nonprofit organization that was founded in 1933. It is one of the 24 certifying boards of the American Board of Medical Specialties.
Among her other roles, she can be found on staff at Medical City Dallas, Medical City Plano, Presbyterian Hospital Dallas, Presbyterian Hospital Plano, and Children’s Health (Children’s Medical Center) Dallas and Plano.
Pediatrics is the branch of medicine that involves the medical care of infants, children, and adolescents. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends individuals be under pediatric care up to the age of 21. Pediatricians provide medical care to people ranging in age from newborns to young adults. Happily married, Dr. Pass and her husband, Steven, have three delightful children. Outside of work, she serves on the Board of Directors for the TeamConnor Childhood Cancer Foundation. She enjoys volunteering in the community, reading, and taking long walks with her dog.
