Dr. Fletcher attended the Indiana University School of Medicine, graduating with his Medical Degree in 1980. After medical school, he completed his internship, residency, and fellowship training with Indiana University. Dr. Fletcher stayed on staff at Indiana University after the completion of his training, before moving to St. Vincent Hospital in 1990. Dr. Fletcher is dual board certified in General Psychiatry and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, and he is committed to keeping current with the new developments and guidelines in his field.
