Dr. Howe graduated with his Medical Degree from the Albany Medical College in 2010, giving him nearly a decade of experience in his field. After obtaining his Medical Degree he completed his general surgery internship with the University of Louisville School of Medicine. He then completed his urology residency with the The Ohio State University. Wanting to further his training he then completed his Pediatric Urology fellowship with the Cohen Children’s Medical Center of New York.

Dr. Howe is a native to the region of New York and currently practices as a Pediatric Urologist with the Albany Medical Center Division of Urology. He has received training in minimally invasive surgery. He holds an expertise in transitional urology, the care of children with congenital issues as they become adults, and he provides excellent treatment for a full range of pediatric urologic of conditions such as neurogenic bladder, hypospadias, posterior urethral valves, renal masses, ureteropelvic junction obstruction, urachal cysts and circumcision revisions. The minimally invasive treatment options he offers include, pyeloplasties, urachal cyst incisions and the reconstruction of duplicated kidneys.

He also has specialized training in pediatric gynecology, and, in addition to treating young female patients for conditions that include labial adhesions and disorders of sexual differentiation, he provides medical management to both boys and girls for a full range of urological conditions, including voiding dysfunction, bedwetting and urinary tract infections. He is also conducting a clinical study on the use of TENS units (transcutaneous electric nerve stimulation) as an at-home therapy option for patients with nighttime bedwetting.
