She then went on to complete her internship at the Pennsylvania Hospital, and her residency in dermatology at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. Finally, she completed a research fellowship focusing on rhinoviral infection and epithelial chemokine receptors under the guidance of Dr. Lisa Beck at the Johns Hopkins Asthma and Allergy Center.
As a testament of her continued education, the doctor is board-certified in dermatology by the American Board of Dermatology (ABD). The ABD is a voluntary, non-profit, private, autonomous organization formed for the primary purpose of protecting the public interest by establishing and maintaining high standards of training, education, and qualifications of physicians rendering care in dermatology.
Continuously advancing her efforts, Dr. Rencic is an active member of the American Academy of Dermatology, and the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. She is also a regular contributor to www.dermatlas.org, and is a past member of the American Medical Association.
Among her other roles, she can be found on staff at Chester County Hospital. In the past, she served as a Clinical Dermatologist at Mainline Dermatology, and as an Attending Dermatologist at Mercy Medical Center. She also served as a Clinical Instructor at the University of Maryland Medical System.
