The same year, he served as a Clinical Observer at R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center, University of Maryland, and also took on the role of a Clinical Medical Observer in Pulmonary and Critical Care at Rhode Island Hospital, Brown University.
In 2015-2016, Dr. Koirala worked as a Research Associate/Volunteer in the Department of Neurology at the University of Maryland. Finally, from 2016 to 2019, he served as a resident in internal medicine at Reading Hospital.
Attributing his success to hard work and perseverance, the doctor is board certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). The ABIM is a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.
