Dr. Voloschin obtained his medical degree from Universidad de Buenos Aires in Argentina. He completed a Neurology residency at Hospital Frances in Buenos Aires, Argentina and then moved to the USA, where he completed an Internship at West Suburban Medical Center; Neurology Residency at University of Miami, followed by clinical research Neuro-Oncology Fellowships at the Massachusetts General Hospital.

Dr. Voloschin is certified in Neurology but the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and is licensed to practice in both the state of Georgia and Florida. To stay up to date in his field he remains a professional member of the American Academy of Neurology, Society for Neuro-Oncology, and the American Society of Clinical Oncologists.
