Alycia is a dedicated family nurse practitioner specializing in physical medicine, pain management, and family practice. 

In January of 2022, she opened her own private practice – Alycia Ernst-Amador, PLLC – in Scottsdale, Arizona. She is also the Medical Director of Bluestone Chiropractic, PLC in Phoenix.

Academically, Alycia earned her Associate’s degree in Nursing from Mesa Community College in 1997. From there, she attended Northern Arizona University and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in 2005, her Master of Science in Nursing degree in 2008, and her Post-Master’s Certificate as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2013. She also completed her Post-Master’s Certificate in Public Health at Capella University in 2021.

A Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) provides continuing and comprehensive healthcare for the individual and family across all ages, genders, diseases, and body systems. FNPs maintain patient records, perform physical exams, order or perform diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, develop treatment plans, as well as treat acute and chronic illnesses, conditions, and injuries that fall under primary care.
