From there, he trained at St. Janos Hospital and Peterfly Hospital, before relocating to the United States, where he completed his residency in neurology at the University of Miami School of Medicine, and his fellowship in clinical stroke at Temple University Hospital.
Prior to starting his own practice in 1998, he was a partner at the esteemed Baumel-Eisner NeuroMedical Institute in Miami Beach for over 15 years. He also served as a Director of the EEG Department at the Mount Sinai Medical Center.
