Chan School of Public Health where she received the Albert Schweitzer Award and the Harvard Chair as their most outstanding student. Furthering her education, she performed her residency in general surgery at Howard University Hospital and her residency in otolaryngology at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center.
A Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS), the doctor is board-certified through the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery (ABOHNS). The ABOHNS serves the public by assuring that diplomates meet the standards of training, knowledge, and professionalism through initial and continuing certification.
