Dr. Floreani completed his medical education at the University of Nebraska College of Medicine, earning his Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree in 1982. He then pursued residency training in Internal Medicine at the University of Kansas School of Medicine-KC, completing his program in 1985. Following his residency, he further specialized in Pulmonary Disease through a fellowship at the same institution, which he completed in 1988. Dr. Floreani is board-certified in both Pulmonary Disease and Internal Medicine, demonstrating his extensive knowledge and expertise in these critical areas of healthcare.
Since joining MaineHealth, Dr. Floreani has worked across various facilities, including the MaineHealth Accountable Care Organization, Pen Bay Hospital, and Waldo Hospital.
