Among his various clinical and academic roles, he is the Associate Program Director for the University of Florida Cardiology Fellowship Program, the Co-Medical Director of Orlando Health Heart Institute, the Medical Director of Mid-Florida Cardiology Specialists, a Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of Florida, aClinical Associate Professor at Florida State University, and an Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine at the University of Central Florida.

On the subject of his educational background, Dr. Einhorn earned his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies in 1982. He then went on to complete his residency in internal medicine and his fellowship in cardiology at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in New York. He held a Clinical Instructor position at SUNY Downstate Medical Center and was the Director of Coronary Care at Kings County Hospital.

A Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC) and a Fellow of the American College of Physicians (FACP), the doctor is board-certified in internal medicine with a subspeciality of cardiovascular disease, nuclear cardiology, and cardiac computed tomography by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). The ABIM is a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.

Pertaining to his most notable achievements, Dr. Einhorn has published several scientific articles and abstracts in Journals of repute: Cardiac magnetic resonance imaging: infarct size and CTA in the Emergency Room.
