Throughout his academic career, Dr. Imam earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center – College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth, Texas in 1995. He then went on to complete his internship in internal medicine, his residency in neurology, and his fellowship in clinical neurophysiology from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia.
The doctor is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the American Academy of Neurology, the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, the American Neurophysiology Society, the American Medical Association, the Texas Medical Association, and the Tarrant County Medical Society.
