He then went on to perform his residency in Neurology at Allegheny Health Network Medical Education Consortium in 2019, followed by his fellowship in movement disorders at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, where he was named Neurology Fellow of the Year in 2023.

On a professional front, Dr. Oblack is an esteemed member of the Movement Disorders Society, the Pennsylvania Medical Society, the American Academy of Neurology, the American Osteopathic Association, and the American Medical Association.
