In addition, he is a former member of various committees and groups at Children’s Hospital Colorado/University of Colorado at Denver, including the Leadership Committee, Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry; the Committee for Pharmacology and Therapeutics; the Behavioral Assistance Resource Team; and the Strengthen our Alliances with Families Team (former Chairman) – to name a few.
On the subject of his review and referee work, Dr. Levine developed hospital policy and served as a mediator for Strengthen our Alliance with Families Team, served as an Associate Editor for FOCUS Patient Management Exercises in Psychiatry (workbook), as well as served as a member of the Admissions Committee at Medical School for International Health at Ben Gurion University and at Columbia University.
