An experienced psychiatrist, Dr. Nagra is an attending physician at the Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program at the Regional Behavioral Health Center of Excellence at Erie County Medical Center.

Regarding his educational background, Dr. Nagra earned his medical degree at the Dayanand Medical College and Hospital in India in 1990. After relocating to the United States, he completed his residency in psychiatry at the Delaware Psychiatric Center of Thomas Jefferson University in 2005, followed by a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at the University of Buffalo in 2007.

Furthermore, he has been inducted into Cambridge Who’s Who, and was the recipient of the Compassionate Doctor Recognition (2015), On-Time Doctor Award (2015), Outstanding and Dedicated Service (2010), Appreciation Service to the Community Award (2009), Supportive Resident of the Year (2005), and Best Organizer Award (1989).
