As a testament to his success, the doctor is board-certified in neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN). The ABPN is a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to serving the professions of psychiatry and neurology.

Throughout his illustrious career, he served as the Assistant Medical Director and interim Chief Medical Officer of the Burke Rehabilitation Hospital, was a team physician for USA Boxing, and held the position of Chief Medical Officer of the New York State Athletic Commission for two decades.

Extending his influence to the pinnacle of professional sports, Dr. Jordan served as a Medical Advisory Physician for the National Football League (NFL) Player Benefits and was a member of the NFL Players’ Association Mackey-White Health and Safety Committee. He also participated in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Concussion Task Force.
