Binoy K. Singh, MD, FACC, an esteemed Cardiologist with the Northwell Health System – Lenox Hill and faculty member of Hofstra Northwell School of Medicine, has been named a 2017 Top Doctor in Yorktown Heights, New York for his excellence. Dr. Singh’s acclaimed career in medicine began in 1993 when he graduated with his Medical Degree from Drexel University College of Medicine (MCO). Pursuing advanced medical training, he completed his residency and fellowship training at MCP/Hahnemann University Hospitals, where he served as Chief Resident. Dr. Singh then went on to complete an Advanced Cardiovascular Imaging fellowship at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital in New York.
Dr. Singh has served as Cardiology Attending with the Continuum Health Partners and as faculty at Columbia University, College of Physicians and Surgeons, Center for Interventional Vascular Therapy, within the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine. Board certified in Cardiovascular Disease by the American Board of Internal Medicine, he is renowned for his expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide array of conditions, including coronary artery disease, cardiomyopathy, valve disease, arrhythmias, and other conditions relating to the cardiovascular system. For his wealth of experience and knowledge, Dr. Singh has earned the coveted title of Fellow of the American College of Cardiology.
Dr. Singh attributes his success to the example his father Dr. Ram B. Singh, who inspired the creation of his “Singh Imagineering Lab” or “Tinker Lab” at the BU College of Engineering where up to 40 engineering students can work on exciting new solutions in the field of healthcare and beyond. He provides compassionate care to his patients and remains dedicated to staying current with the latest advances by using cutting edge, noninvasive, diagnostic evaluation technologies to assess symptoms and carry out accurate and timely treatments.
