His passion for orthodontics ignited during his dental residency, prompting him to seek further expertise under the guidance of several orthodontists in Venezuela before relocating to the United States. Subsequently, Dr. Fernandez-Feo pursued additional education, completing a one-year orthodontic fellowship program and a comprehensive two-year specialization in orthodontics and dento-facial orthopedics at Jacksonville University School of Orthodontics.
His professional involvement extends to esteemed organizations, including the Southern Association of Orthodontists, the American Association of Orthodontists, the Florida Association of Orthodontists, and the World Federation of Orthodontists.
With over two decades of experience in the field of orthodontics, Dr. Fernandez-Feo boasts certifications in Invisalign, Incognito (lingual hidden braces), ceramic esthetic brackets, and the use of orthodontic micro implants (TAD’s) for the treatment of various malocclusions in both children and adults.
