He utilizes a comprehensive approach, combining clinical expertise with advanced diagnostic testing to create personalized treatment plans that empower patients to achieve optimal health.
A board-certified physician in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology/Metabolism through the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Arevalo brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his practice. He currently holds the position of Assistant Professor at the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell, where he actively contributes to the education and training of future healthcare professionals.
Dr. Arevalo earned his medical degree from San Fernando Medical School. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Mount Sinai Services City Hospital of Elmhurst, followed by a prestigious fellowship in Endocrinology at New York University Medical Center. His rigorous training has equipped him with the skills necessary to handle the complexities of endocrine disorders.
As a member of several professional organizations, including the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists, the American Diabetes Association, and The Endocrine Society, Dr. Arevalo remains abreast of the latest advancements in endocrinology. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Endocrinology, reflecting his commitment to excellence in the field.
