A 2001 graduate of the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center School of Medicine, Dr. Hartley completed his internship and residency in neurosurgery at SUNY Upstate Medical University in New York, culminating in 2008.
Board certified in neurological surgery by the American Board of Neurological Surgery, Dr. Hartley is a Fellow of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons and an active member of prestigious medical societies such as the North American Spine Society and the Congress of Neurological Surgeons.
Aside from his professional accomplishments, Dr. Hartley is an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys activities such as ATV riding, playing volleyball, camping, jet skiing, and boating. When he is not in the operating room, he can be found spending quality time with his family and watching his children grow. Key West, Florida, holds a special place in his heart as his preferred vacation destination.
