Dr. Curtis completed his undergraduate degree with a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering and Masters of Science in Medical Physics from Purdue University in 2012 and 2014, respectively. Furthering his education he completed his Medical Degree from the Marian University in 2018. He is currently a 1st year resident at Ball Memorial Family Medicine Residency where he will continue to learn for the next 3 years.
Dr. Curtis is not yet board certified and will be obtaining a board certification in Family Medicine upon completion of residency in 2021. He currently practices with IU Ball Memorial Hospital where he continues his training in full spectrum rural family medicine.
