Through MOAD, Dr. More has fostered a coalition of over 200 African organizations to advocate for socio-economic and educational empowerment. He also leads impactful events like the New England African Business Expo, Worcester African Festival, and BIPOC civic empowerment programs.

He actively supports Cameroonian groups in the USA and serves on the Board of Directors of the Cameroon Social Club (CAMSOC) in the MetroWest and New England area.
