Providing a standard care of excellence through education and personalized care, Dr. Kim graduated with his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Seoul National University School of Dentistry in South Korea. He completed his internship and residency at Seoul National University Hospital, after which he relocated to the United States to complete an extension course for foriegn dentists at UCLA Dentistry.

Having met the highest level of knowledge and clinical competence in the areas of dental sleep medicine and TMJ/craniofacial pain, Dr. Kim has achieved five prestigious Diplomate status from related professional organizations, including: the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain, the American Academy of Pain Management, the American Board of Craniofacial Dental Sleep Medicine, and the Academy of Clinical Sleep Disorders Disciplines.
Licensed by the California Dental Board in 1976, he can also be found on staff at Eisenhower Medical Center in Rancho Mirage.
