Anne Marie Knudsen, RN, CWON, MN, CNS, CFCN is an established Clinical Nurse Specialist who continues to provide exceptional care and support to her patients within City of Hope Duarte – Comprehensive Cancer Center in California and affiliated with Kaiser Permanente, Harbor–UCLA Medical Center, and City of Hope National Medical Center. With over 42 years of experience in her field, Anne has a special expertise in wound care, ostomy care, and home health.

Anne Marie’s career in nursing began in 1976, when she graduated with her Nursing Degree from Odense Nursing School. An advocate for pursuing further education, she went on to earn her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from California State University, Long Beach and Master of Science Degree in Nursing from University of California, Los Angeles.

Anne Marie is committed to keeping current with the newest developments and guidelines in nursing, and is a professional member of Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nurses Society, United Ostomy Associations of America, Phi Theta Kappa, and American Nurses Association. She has dedicated her life to delivering the highest standard of quality and compassionate care to her patients, and strives to provide the best outcomes possible. With a passion for her work, Anne Marie attributes her success to her dad instilling positive principles to her, and her mother and father showing her great work ethic as well as love and support, and learning to care for others at a young age. When she is not working she enjoys ballet, music, reading books, traveling, and spending time with her two golden retrievers.
