Connie is a nationally recognized and frequently sought-after expert in the facial aesthetic non-surgical treatments that restore and enhance natural beauty. She is the Founder and President of Aesthetic Enhancement Solutions, where she collaborates with medical providers to anticipate needs, meet demands and provide innovative thinking for the constantly changing aesthetic enhancement industry.
With almost 30 years of experience in aesthetic enhancement, she brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to her clients. She recently established her private consulting agency, providing comprehensive training for aesthetic medical providers in the assessment & consultation process as well as techniques and aesthetic applications of dermal fillers, neurotoxins & deoxycholic acid. Back in the early days of her academic career, Connie earned her Associate’s Degree in Nursing from Normandale Community College, and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Concordia University in 2016. She then went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Walden University in 2021.
Moreover, she has completed over 200 continued education courses. Her artistic talent has focused exclusively on non-surgical aesthetic procedures including Botox, Cosmetic, Dysport, Facial Contouring, Injectable Fillers, Line Fillers, Lip Enhancement and Sculptra Aesthetic.
