As a leader in his field, Dr. Cooper is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the Otolaryngology Head Neck Surgery as well as board certified in Facial Plastic, Otolaryngology Head Neck Surgery and Reconstructive Surgery, Otolaryngology, and Head and Neck Surgery.
