Growing up in Kansas City, Missouri, Dr. Grosser obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion from Baylor University in 1994. She graduated with her medical degree from Yale Medical School in 2000 and finished her residency in orthopedic surgery at Yale New Haven Hospital, before completing her fellowship at the Mayo Clinic.
In pursuit of clinical excellence, she is board-certified in orthopedic surgery by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery (ABOS). The ABOS is an organization with the goal of establishing educational and professional standards for orthopedic residents and surgeons as well as evaluating the qualifications and competence of orthopedic surgeons.
Prior to joining Plano Orthopedic, Dr. Grosser practiced for 13 years as a foot and ankle surgeon at South Texas Bone & Joint in Corpus Christi.
