Dr Farrell most current publications involve revised guidelines for management of patients with brain trauma and treatment modalities for central neuropathic pain post brain trauma. Dr Farrell is currently engaged in research investigating the effects of space travel on the human physiology and the effects of space radiation on neural tissues in collaboration with the National Space Agency (NASA) and Queens University of the United Kingdom.
